Fashioned with a distinctive style of voluptuous ringlets—oceans of luminous mane suffuse heaven; at every hour—you spend the dawn of your days with soft effulgence—and when you gaze in the mirror—azure smiles arise in endless variety.
PART ONE: IF YOU HAVE CURLY HAIR.
You won't have to worry about trying to create ringlets because your hair—is characterized by its natural curl. The method that will be used—is specifically designed to prevent the formation of frizzy curls.
ESSENTIALS:
Styling lotion, styling gel, comb, finishing spray.
STEPS:
In the palm of one hand—gently rub together a gel and styling lotion. Next, smear it throughout your damp hair with a comb—to guarantee even distribution of the product.
Allow the ringlets to form in your hair by letting it dry naturally. Before letting your hair dry—take little parts and wrap them around your finger to offer some extra style assistance.
Mist your hair lightly with a spray—to add a hint of sparkle.
PART TWO: IF YOUR HAIR IS STRAIGHT.
There are various ways to achieve ringlets in straight hair. Although ragging and using torn strips of fabric are tried-and-true techniques—they are experiencing a renaissance in the twenty-first century. It is a better solution than using rollers if you can master it.
ESSENTIALS:
Medium-hold styling spray, strips of cloth, hair dryer and diffuser (optional.)
STEPS:
Start by misting the hair with a medium-hold styling spray (use a generous amount—for a firm, bouncy curl).
If you want to section your hair—start at the nape of your neck. This procedure is determined by the ringlet's size.
Tuck the ends of the hair in as needed as you wrap it around the cloth. As you wound it up—give each part a small twist to give it a more defined ringlet.
Tie the two ends of the cloth together as soon as you are certain that the hair—is securely twisted around the strip of cloth and snug against the scalp.
There are two things you can do when your hair is tied: either let it dry naturally—which is best achieved by sleeping with your rags on, or use a hair dryer and diffuser—though this will always take time.
After your hair has dried—remove the rags—beginning at the nape of your neck.
After getting rid of the rags—your fingers work wonders for loosening up the curls—and the ultimate result will depend on how much definition or curl you desire.
