Ways to have a beautiful face 2023

According to Dr. Michael Kernohan — a specialist plastic surgeon says "Our brains feel rewarded when we look at someone who has a beautiful face". In fact — you are likely to make millions of impressions and get a lot of attention from people. According to research — having a pretty face has a positive impact on your life as a whole. The psychological concept known as "The Halo effect" has an intense connection with beautiful faces. Those with beautiful faces are considered by others as — altruism, stability and intelligence. The study has also shown that people who are beautiful have more positive characteristics.  Having a beautiful face is a great deal. So how to have that golden glow. Let's go.

  1. Protect your face from direct sunlight

Exposing our faces to the sun has proven to be a negative experience. There is a famous terminology associated with the sunlight — called Ultraviolet (UV) rays which is bad for our facial skin and is likely to cause premature skin aging — like aging and wrinkles. You can elevate the chances of having a beautiful face by wearing sunscreen, hats and staying away from sunlight. According to research  published in December 1991, titled, "Age, sunlight and facial skin: A histologic and quantitative study" showed that women who had a greater sun exposure looked older and had more wrinkles, more severe elastosis, increased elastin and decreased collagen. So — exposing yourself to the sun isn't going to save you from a less attractive facial appearance. Instead, you should try to stay away from harmful sunburn and watch how your face becomes beautiful.

  1. Get enough of sleep

You should invest more in quality sleep to have a flattering face — matter fact, lack of sleep has been linked to problems like bags under our eyes and a tired-looking complexion. According to recent research published in January 2023, titled "Sleep deprivation increases facial skin yellowness" — has shown that lack of quality sleep worsens facial skin tone.  There is also another research  that was published in April 2023, titled — "Melatonin improves skin barrier damage caused by sleep restriction through gut microbiota" has shown that lack of sleep damages our skin and luckily enough, this is widely known for a lot of women with a clear goal of having a pretty face. It has been found that lack of sleep potentially damages the barrier function of mice's skin, causing oxidative stress damage to the skin.

  1. Improve your skin care routine.

According to the American Academy of Dermatology Association  — for a timeless and natural looking skin you need to practice the basics, these include gentle cleansing, sunscreening and moisturizing. Choose the best routine that works best with you and stick to it. Dermatologists recommend that you should consider washing your face and moisturizing each morning and night time. Also avoid touching a face with your hands — TEXAS A&M TODAY reported that touching facial mucous membranes — the nose, eyes and mouth gives the virus a source of entry. You should also consider implementing an advanced skincare routine  — it has proven to have more benefits than a simple one. Good luck!
