Story Snapshot: Bizzare eye makeup that defies verisimilitude and gives rein to an unchecked novelty (like the so-called Hell Bruegel), solely, intended to dream or to indulge in fantasies in the world of beauty.

Close-Set Eyes.

If the distance between your eyes is smaller than the width of one, you will have eyes with striking definition. Ebonize the outer corners of your eyes with black eyeshadow, and apply a lighter shade on the inner corners to create an illusion that makes your eyes appear farther apart.

CLASSIC DAY LOOK:

  1. Once your eyes are primed, cover the entire eyelid, from the lash line to the brow bone, with a brush full of neutral-colored powder eyeshadow.

  1. Approximately one-third of the way from the inner corners, start applying pencil eyeliner with a brown shade along the roots of the top lashes to add shape.

  1. Apply a deeper toning eyeshadow, starting from the outside corners of the lower lashes, in addition to the eyeliner. then integrating it into the outer corner of the eye socket crease.

  1. Concentrate on the outer lashes when applying mascara and curling the lashes to increase length.

NIGHTTIME TRANSFORMATION.

  1. To create the illusion of wings, contour the eye sockets using a deep brown eyeshadow and smooth it out.

  1. Apply gel eyeliner to the top lash lines, extending it past the outside corner of the eyes and fluttering it dramatically to lift and lengthen the outer corners.

  1. Apply eyeshadow in a gradation along the bottom lash roots to give the appearance of large eyes.

  1. Apply an additional layer of mascara with lengthening properties to the outer corners of the bottom lashes and the top lashes. Apply corner lashes next.

PRO TRICKS.

  • Applying light makeup to the inner three-quarters of your lids creates the illusion of having greater space between your eyes.

  • For longer-looking eyes, use a deeper hue to enhance the outer third of your lids and blend it out.

  • Emphasize the area on the tear ducts and beneath the brow bones.

  • Smudge eyeliner inward, staying within the outside corners. Create a thin line that doesn't occupy much lid area.

  • Use flesh-colored or nude eyeliner on the inner rims to give the appearance of wider eyes.

  • Your eyes will appear larger with a hint of brighter eyeshadow applied directly in the center of the lids.

  • Apply a taupe eyeshadow just below the lower lashes to give the appearance of slightly bigger eyes.

  • Put on extra mascara to accentuate the outer lashes.
