If you choose a bold eye color, make sure the rest of your face is clean and toned down. However, don't forget to define your brows. Apply a single, vivid hue to the mobile lid and blend it out beautifully. You can blend two colors together if you'd like, but any more will make you seem terrible. 

Use a natural pencil or powder to define your brows. To add a distinct base for the color and, of course, to draw a crisp line, use black eyeliner into the lashes' roots. 

The foundation of your mobile lid should be bright pink cream eyeshadow. Next, add a layer of powder in the same shade on top. The pigment is held and intensified by the cream, which also makes a great base for mixing. For a clear glimpse of the color upon opening your eye, the powder needs to be mixed up above the socket. Additionally, the finish must be the softest possible without any blotches or sharp edges.  

Put on two coats of black eyeliner. Fear not—you will still be able to have the bold eyes you desire. Applying a matte bronzer will warm up and slightly define the cheeks. Make sure your lips remain natural and unadorned, then apply a creamy lipstick.
