Be aware that while thicker and drier formulas will probably stay put, oily and watery solutions will probably travel more. To prepare the mouth, use a primer and a sparing amount of powder. A lip liner is an essential tool for outlining the lips and applying a waxy barrier. 

It is advised to use a neutral liner in this situation because brighter colors will undoubtedly bleed. Draw the outline first, then extend your lips with a smile and reapply. 

You should use a tissue to blot after applying lipstick, even if a lip brush can guarantee perfect perfection. To properly seal the color, brush a small amount of powder around the lips next. Applying lip gloss requires staying in the center of your lips and never touching the edges.
