Sun-browned, hair darkened by its wetness—and wrapped in the buffalo robe and hunkering awkwardly near the fire—Maira looked like an unkempt squaw. Her hair had come loose from its braids—and there were scratches and bruises on the left side of her face—and all along her left arm. There was little resemblance now to the ve-ho-e they had rescued—from the wagon party massacre.
N—natural straight hair—may put to good use blow-drying in dyad strategies: Hot air smeared with a nozzle—will supply it as velvety as satin, and stunted heat—and a couple of bedraggle[s] may infuse hair—with a lift and movement.
SHORT AND PIECEY
Step. 1
Blot your hair using a towel. Put together a trivial amount of styling cream—with twice as much gel and work it thoroughly your hair.
Step. 2
Switch on the dryer on low speed, low heat, with no insertions. Span drying, inject texture and movement—by matting and pretzeling sections of your hair using your hands and—cockling the roots for lift.
Step. 3
Unruffle the ends with pomade.
Hasty Action
Knead a concoction of styling cream and gel connecting your palms—and massage it into your hair. Then—blow-dry following the upside-down flipped hair to spontaneously create lift at the roots. When your hair is dry—fling your hair back up and style it—use your fingers.
The Brimful Treatment
Use styling cream and gel concoction through your hair—then split up tiny section to create a piecey appearance—then crinkle your roots to pile up volume. Blow-dry on low speed, low heat. When your hair is largely dry—snatch a tiny section next to your face between two fingers then hurl the ends upwards. Clasping the ends between two fingers—blow high heat on the ends. Grip another tiny section and redo—unceasing all the way encircling your face. The heat aids setting the style and to boot—renders hair both movement and lift. Plumping a modern, piecey texture—add a dime-sized amount of pomade into your palm and work with a blow dryer on low speed—prior to softening it. Massage your hands combinedly—to disperse the pomade evenly on your palms, then ruckle it into hair. Lastly—smooth the ends with any remaining product.
